Welcome to ZyJobs ("Platform", "Service", "We", "Us"). By registering, accessing, or using the ZyJobs platform at https://zyjobs.com or any associated services, you ("User", "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using all ZyJobs services.

ZyJobs is an AI Career Intelligence platform engineered to empower professionals across all job disciplines through integrated capabilities:

• AI Job Hunter & Scraper: Automated job aggregation engine collecting, scoring, and categorizing verified remote jobs in real-time.
• Universal ATS CV Generator: Advanced multi-stage AI pipeline (Google Gemini & Anthropic Claude) reconstructing tailored, ATS-compliant resumes with precision positional scoring.
• Career Management Dashboard: Real-time telemetry dashboard for tracking job application statuses (Applied, Interviewing, Offered), bookmarking listings, and master profile management.

To access full platform functionality, you must register with a valid email address. Every account is verified via a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) dispatched through our verified SMTP server.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and OTP codes.
• Sharing accounts, renting credentials, or exploiting our endpoints via automated scripts is strictly prohibited.
• Strict rate limiting (5 login attempts/min and 3 registrations/hour per IP) is enforced to prevent credential stuffing and brute-force attacks.

ZyJobs operates on a quota-based model (Job Scraping Quota and CV Generation Quota):

• Free Tier (Default): Automatically provisioned to all newly verified accounts to evaluate the ATS CV generator and job hunter.
• Premium & Unlimited Packages: Grants increased scraping quotas, priority AI model execution, and unlimited PDF exports throughout the subscription duration.

Supported payment methods include QRIS (IDR) via licensed gateway infrastructure and decentralized cryptocurrency USDT (BEP-20).

To facilitate frictionless global payments without foreign exchange restrictions, ZyJobs accepts direct on-chain transfers on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC BEP-20):

• Users must transfer the exact calculated USDT amount based on the daily exchange rate plus a 5% processing markup.
• Upon successful transfer, submit your valid Transaction Hash (TxHash 0x...) to the billing verification portal.
• Our system automatically audits on-chain transaction records via the BscScan API before granting package quotas.
• Transactions sent on unsupported networks (e.g., ERC-20, TRC-20) or incorrect wallet addresses cannot be recovered by ZyJobs.

All platform source code, visual UI assets, TF-IDF semantic matcher engines, WeasyPrint PDF layout templates, and the ZyJobs trademark are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform developers.

User Data Ownership: All career profile data, work achievements, and synthesized CV PDF documents remain 100% your private property. ZyJobs asserts zero ownership claims over personal resumes created on the platform.

ZyJobs optimizes your resume layout, keyword density, and action-verb narratives to maximize compatibility with modern Applicant Tracking Systems. However:

• ZyJobs does not guarantee employment or interview offers, as hiring decisions remain entirely within the discretion of prospective employers.
• Users must review all AI-generated bullet points for factual accuracy before submitting their resumes to target companies.
• ZyJobs shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost job opportunities, or third-party employment disputes.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or revoke access to any account without prior notice if we detect:

• Breaches of these Terms of Service.
• Attempted unauthorized penetration testing, prompt injection, or reverse-engineering of ZyJobs infrastructure.
• Excessive automated scraping activity that degrades server stability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith informal resolution.
